In machines of similar design, our company has moved away from the use of standard brush assemblies.
The method of "Contact seam welding with a free-axis electrode", which is at an angle to the axis of rotation, was developed.
This innovation allows to increase reliability and to use electrodes with latent (internal) cooling for welding. It has also become possible to use not only water but also coolants for cooling.
