The installation is a set of equipment that allows the surfacing of the technological layer of metal on cylindrical parts. The basis of the installation is the frame on which the technological equipment is installed. In the left part, there is a front headstock with a rotator.
On the upper part of the frame, there are rail guides, along which the rear headstock and catchers move. An additional frame is attached to the rear part of the frame, on which horizontal shafts are mounted on a support, along which two independent carriages move. On the platforms of the carriages, there is a place for the installation of barrels with flux-cored wire, as well as columns are placed, on which the vertical movement of the burner is organized. They also have an oscillator and a welding wire feed mechanism.
The design allows you to adjust the location of the burner in height and depth, as well as adjust the angle. The operation of the unit is controlled by the remote controls, the main control display and the hydraulic controls on the rear headstock.
