The installation is a set of equipment that allows the surfacing of the technological layer of metal on the surface of the treadmill, the inner surface and the upper part of the flanges of the crane wheels in automatic mode.
The basis of the installation is the mainframe.
On the upper part of the mainframe, there are carriages of horizontal and vertical movement of the burner and a carriage of displacement from the zenith. In the left part of a frame, the mechanism of clamping of a detail which structure includes a lead of rotation and a quill is located. An additional frame is attached to the side part of the mainframe on the right side, on which the automatic cooling unit and the welding source are installed.
The design allows you to adjust the height of the burner.
The operation of the unit is controlled from the remote control panel and the main control display.
