RKSM-K contact welding regulator

RKSM-K allows you to manage:

• welding current;
• welding time.

The RKSM-K unit is connected to the circuit of contact welding machines by means of the RSHAG-14 connector.
The RKSM-K control unit is a simplified version and has input contacts for starting from the control button (pedal, limit switch) or via a control signal from the control devices by closing the contacts.
Feature of the unit in the absence of outputs for control of actuators (valves, electromagnetic automation). The output control signal allows you to control the current using a thyristor contactor KT-01, KT-07, KT-11 or KT-12-1 and control the time of passage of the welding current.

The regulator provides the following operating modes:

• operating mode without current (debugging);
• stabilization of welding current;
• indication (LED):
• operating modes (debugging);
• passage of welding current "I";
• start of the welding cycle "WORK".
