The installation is a set of equipment that allows the surfacing of the technological layer of metal on flat and cylindrical parts. The basis of the installation is the assembled left and right columns with rail guides along which the portal on which the technological equipment is installed moves.
At the top of the portal, there are rail guides along which the carriage moves. On the platform of the carriage, there is a place for installation of the filtering system of the fulfilled gases, for barrels with a powder wire, or a wire of continuous section, and also the vertical carriage by means of which vertical movement of a torch is organized is placed.
The design allows you to adjust the location of the burner in height and depth, as well as adjust the angle. The operation of the unit is controlled from the remote control panel and the main control display.
